De-escalation Roundtable In-Person
This roundtable discussion will begin by briefly discussing the importance of de-escalation skills. Some de-escalation tools will be presented; however, the majority of the roundtable will be scenario-based, with presenters and participants sharing personal experiences of dealing with escalated parties, what was done to help or hinder, and what could be done better in the future.
